unmaskd. is launching with a smaller first group instead of opening everywhere at once. This gives early members a better chance to be seen and helps unmaskd. grow through real participation. Feedback and sharing are always optional.

Who is unmaskd. for?
unmaskd. was designed with neurodiversity in mind — including people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, OCD, sensory processing differences, and more — and it's open to adults who value communicating without masking. You do not need a diagnosis or to identify as neurodivergent to join. unmaskd. is also fully LGBTQIA2S+ affirming.
Do I have to say why I’m here?
No. There’s no category to pick. Build your profile, share your interests and communication style, and Connect with people when you’re ready. If you’re open to collaborating on projects, you can turn that on as an optional signal on your profile.
Can I take a break from messaging?
Yes. You can deactivate your account temporarily from Account Settings — this signs you out immediately. While deactivated, your profile is hidden and you will not appear in Discover, and you cannot send or receive new connection requests or messages. Sign back in with your username or email and password within 30 days, then choose to reactivate — signing in alone does not restore your account. If you do not reactivate within that window, your account and its data are permanently deleted — this is different from Delete account, which deletes your account immediately and cannot be undone.

Circles are small community spaces organised around shared interests, identities, or topics. You can join circles, post, reply, and connect with people you meet there — even if you have not matched directly.
